Manufacturer's Description
NiteTherm is a natural protein and amino acid source
that will restore and rebuild the body. When taken on
an empty stomach before bed, the body will be forced to
use fat cells as the fuel source to digest NiteTherm,
therefore burning fat while you rest. NiteTherm will also
be used as building blocks for muscle. The building of
muscle will also increase your resting metabolic rate.

Manufacturer's Suggested Usage
On a completely empty stomach, take one tablespoon full
immediately before bedtime. We suggust you not eat or
drink anything, besides water, within 3 hours before and
1 1/2 hours after taking NiteTherm. You may mix with water,
but if taste is too strong, mix with 1 or 2 ounces of
juice. Remember food and drinks in your stomach may cause
NiteTherm to be less effective. If you eat close to
bedtime, the next best time to take NiteTherm is immediately
after you wake or during the middle of the night. Just make
sure not to eat for 1 1/2 hours afterwards.
