Manufacturer's Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, orally adult males, one or
two capsules morning and afternoon, or 90 minutes
before intense workout.
DO NOT TAKE CLOSE TO BEDTIME OR MORE
THAN 4 CAPSULES DAILY.
Take this product 5 days on and 2 days off for 3 months,
then take two weeks off for one to two weeks,
then start again.

attacks and stroke. Discontinue use and call physician or
licensed health care professional immediately if you
experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache,
shortness of breath or similar symptoms. Individuals who
consume caffeine with this product may experience serious
adverse health effects.
